Epos Portal App is a "self-service" solution for registration and approval of all relevant payroll data, including time and attendance reporting, vacation, illness, leave of absence, travel expenses, dietary requirements, and other expenses.

This app is a supplementary product to the Epos Portal web-based solution, that allows employees to enter data directly in the app. User friendly menus make it easy, fast and safe to enter data. In addition, employees can see their individual vacation and leave balances in the app.

Epos Portal is one of Denmarks most popular time recording systems. Its easy to register, and both managers and employees can always see updated information on, for example, remaining vacation days and the departments absences in calendar form, as well as download payroll slips and change master data.

The system automatically sends reminders to employees to register time and attendance data and to managers for subsequent approval. Epos Portal is a good management tool. The solution provides a constant overview over resource consumption, as managers can easily get statistics on time usage, absenteeism, payroll costs, etc. - either in total or on a project basis.

The information in Epos Portal can be transferred directly to Epos Payroll - or any other payroll system that handles salary payments. Therefore, there is never a need for duplicate entries, which saves time and ensures that the payment of salaries is always correct.
